Creamy Monterey Chicken Spaghetti Casserole: Cheesy Comfort in Every Bite

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cooked spaghetti, cream of chicken soup, diced tomatoes with green chilies, sour cream, 3/4 of the Monterey Jack cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.

Transfer to Baking Dish: Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.

Add Cheese Topping: Sprinkle the remaining Monterey Jack cheese over the top. Add crushed tortilla chips if using.

Bake: Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, until bubbly and the cheese is melted and lightly golden.
