Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

Make Filling: In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, crème fraîche, eggs, flour, lemon zest, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
Assemble Tart: Pour the filling over the layered fillo pastry, spreading evenly. Fold over any overhanging fillo edges.
Bake: Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the filling is set and the fillo is golden brown.
Cool & Serve: Allow the tart to cool slightly before slicing. Garnish with fresh herbs or a light drizzle of honey if desired.
