Copycat Longhorn Parmesan Crusted Chicken – Better Than the Original!

Prep the Oven and Chicken: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Pound chicken breasts to an even thickness and season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

Sear the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown. Transfer to a baking dish.

Make the Ranch Spread: In a small bowl, mix ranch dressing and grated Parmesan. Spread evenly over each chicken breast.

Prepare the Parmesan Crust: In another bowl, combine Parmesan, provolone (or mozzarella), panko, melted butter, and parsley. Spoon mixture over each chicken breast, pressing gently to stick.

Bake the Chicken: Bake for 15–18 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F internal temperature and the topping is golden and bubbly. Optional: Broil 1–2 minutes for extra crispiness.

Rest and Serve: Let chicken rest 5 minutes before serving.
