Chocolate Peanut Clusters

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate and coconut oil (if using).

Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring each time, until smooth.

Mix Peanuts

Stir the peanuts into the melted chocolate until each peanut is coated.

Form Clusters

Drop spoonfuls of the chocolate-peanut mixture onto a parchment-lined tray.

Shape into small clusters with the back of the spoon if needed.

Chill

Refrigerate for 10–15 minutes, or until chocolate sets completely.

Serve & Enjoy

Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container at room temperature or in the fridge.

Tips:

Add a pinch of sea salt on top for a sweet-salty kick.

Mix in dried fruit (raisins, cranberries) or coconut flakes for variation.
