Cheesy Ground Beef Tortilla Wraps – Family-Favorite Weeknight Meal

Cook the beef: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté for 2–3 minutes until translucent. Add garlic and cook for another 30 seconds.

Season the meat: Add ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned, 5–7 minutes. Stir in cumin, paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes.

Assemble the wraps: Lay a tortilla flat. Spoon a portion of the beef mixture in the center. Sprinkle generously with shredded cheese and add optional toppings if desired.

Fold and serve: Fold the sides in and roll the tortilla tightly. For extra melty cheese, place the wraps seam-side down in a warm skillet for 1–2 minutes.

Enjoy: Serve immediately while warm, with salsa or sour cream on the side.
