1. Prepare the Chicken Mixture
In a bowl, combine ground chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix until well combined.
2. Shape and Stuff
Take a small portion of the chicken mixture and flatten it slightly in your palm.
Place a cube of cheddar cheese in the center and wrap the chicken around it, forming a smooth ball.
Repeat with the remaining chicken and cheese.
3. Coat the Chicken Balls
Roll each chicken ball in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
Make sure the balls are fully coated for extra crunch.
4. Fry the Chicken Meteors
Heat oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat.
Fry the chicken balls in batches for 4–5 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through.
Remove and drain on paper towels.
5. Serve
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce, such as honey mustard, spicy mayo, or barbecue sauce.
