Boiled Pomegranate Peel — Better Than the Fruit!

Prepare the Peel

Wash the pomegranate peel thoroughly to remove any residue.

Cut into smaller pieces if desired.

Boil the Peel

Place the peel in a small pot with 2 cups of water.

Boil for 5–10 minutes, until the water turns a deep pinkish or brownish hue.

Strain and Serve

Strain the tea into a cup.

Let it cool slightly and enjoy warm.

Add a drizzle of honey if you prefer a touch of sweetness.
