Blackened Steak & Shrimp Alfredo

Boil fettuccine in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Cook Steak:

Season steak with 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning.

Heat a skillet over high heat and sear steak 3–4 minutes per side for medium-rare (adjust to preference).

Remove steak, let it rest 5 minutes, then slice thinly.

Cook Shrimp:

In the same skillet, add 1 tsp oil and shrimp.

Season with 1 tsp Cajun seasoning.

Cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.

Make Alfredo Sauce:

Lower the skillet heat. Pour in heavy cream and stir in the remaining Cajun seasoning.

Simmer 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.

Add Parmesan and mozzarella, stirring until the sauce is smooth and creamy.

Combine:

Toss the cooked fettuccine in the Alfredo sauce.

Top with shrimp and sliced steak.

Serve:

Garnish with extra Parmesan or chopped parsley if desired.

Serve immediately while hot.

Tips & Variations:

Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for extra heat.

Swap fettuccine for penne or linguine for a different texture.

For a lighter version, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
