Black Forest Cheesecake Symphony

Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.

In a bowl, mix chocolate cookie crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until well combined.

Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan.

Bake for 10 minutes. Remove and let cool.

2. Make the Cheesecake Filling

Beat softened cream cheese until smooth.

Add sugar and beat until creamy.

Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.

Stir in vanilla, sour cream, and flour until smooth.

Pour filling over the crust and smooth the top.

3. Bake the Cheesecake

Place the pan on a baking sheet and bake for 50–60 minutes, until edges are set but center is slightly jiggly.

Turn off the oven, crack the door, and let cool inside for 1 hour.

Remove, cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
