Black Forest Brownie Sundae Stack: Decadent Layers of Chocolate & Cherries

Step 1: Prepare the Brownies

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease and line an 8×8 inch baking pan.

Melt butter and chopped chocolate together until smooth; allow to cool slightly.

Whisk in sugar, then add eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract.

Sift in flour, cocoa powder, and salt, folding gently to combine.

Stir in cherries, then pour batter into the prepared pan.

Bake 30–35 minutes until fudgy. Cool completely and cut into squares.

Step 2: Assemble the Sundae Stack

Place one brownie square as the base on a serving plate.

Pipe or spoon a layer of whipped cream on top.

Add a second brownie square, then top with more whipped cream.

Garnish with a fresh cherry, drizzle generously with chocolate sauce, and add optional shaved chocolate for extra flair.
