Bay Leaf Tea for Muscle, Joint, and Rheumatic Pain

Boil the Water: Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a small saucepan.

Add Bay Leaves: Once the water is boiling, add the bay leaves. Reduce heat to low.

Simmer: Let the leaves simmer for 10–15 minutes to extract their medicinal compounds.

Steep: Remove from heat and let the tea steep for an additional 5 minutes.

Strain and Serve: Strain the leaves and pour the tea into a cup. Add honey or a squeeze of lemon if desired.
