Boil the Bay Leaves
Bring water to a boil in a pot.
Add the bay leaves and let them simmer for 15–20 minutes.
Cool & Strain
Allow the infusion to cool to a comfortable temperature.
Strain to remove the bay leaves, leaving only the bay leaf water.
Apply to Hair
Massage the warm bay leaf water into your scalp.
Leave it on for 30–60 minutes for optimal absorption.
Rinse with lukewarm water (optional: mild shampoo can be used if needed).
