Barbara O’Neill’s Clove Soak Formula: A Natural Approach to Thyroid Health

1 tablespoon whole dried cloves

1 cup raw honey or organic apple cider vinegar

1 clean glass jar with lid

Instructions:

Place the cloves in the jar.

Pour in honey or vinegar until cloves are fully submerged.

Seal the jar and let soak for 24–48 hours.

Take 1 teaspoon daily, preferably in the morning before meals.
