Apple, Ginger & Lemon Tea: A Gentle Wellness Ritual

Wash the apple and cut it into slices.

Peel and thinly slice the ginger.

Combine apple slices, ginger, and water in a small pot.

Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10–15 minutes.

Remove from heat, add lemon juice, and stir in honey if desired.

Serve warm, ideally in the morning or evening.
