Mix Ingredients: In a bowl, combine oats, chopped almonds, coconut oil, maple syrup, and optional flavorings. Stir until evenly coated.
Air Fry: Spread the mixture evenly in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10–15 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes to ensure even toasting.
Cool: Transfer the granola to a baking sheet or plate to cool. It will continue to crisp as it cools.
Store: Once fully cooled, store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.
