How to Make the Garlic-Rosemary Leg Oil
Gently crush the garlic cloves and place them in a clean glass jar.
Pour in the olive oil, ensuring the garlic is fully submerged.
Add rosemary essential oil (or a fresh sprig). Rosemary is traditionally believed to support circulation and has a refreshing scent.
Seal the jar and place it in a dark cabinet or cupboard for 2–3 days to infuse.
After steeping, strain out the garlic and rosemary. Store the infused oil in a cool, dark place.
