🦴 Symptoms of Osteoarthritis

Osteoarthritis is a degenerative joint condition that develops when the protective cartilage at the ends of bones wears down over time. Symptoms usually progress gradually and may worsen with age.

1. Joint Pain

Aching or sharp pain, especially after movement or at the end of the day.

Pain may improve with rest.

2. Stiffness

Most noticeable in the morning or after long periods of sitting/inactivity.

Usually lasts less than 30 minutes after waking.

3. Swelling

Mild swelling around the affected joint.

Inflammation may cause warmth and tenderness.
