Boiled Eggs

Soft Boil: Cooked for ~6.5 minutes, yielding a runny yolk with a firm white.

Medium Boil: Cooked for ~8 minutes, resulting in a jammy yolk and firm white.

Poached Eggs

Poached: Cooked in simmering water without the shell, producing a delicate, tender texture.

Fried Eggs

Sunny Side Up: Fried with the yolk facing up, keeping it runny and whites just set.

Fried Egg (General): Can be cooked on one or both sides; consistency varies.

Fried & Steamed Egg: Fried on the bottom, then lightly steamed to cook the top of the yolk.

Over Easy: Fried on both sides with the yolk remaining runny.
