In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt, and dry yeast.
Pour in the kefir and vegetable oil. Mix until a sticky dough forms.
Shape the Dough
Lightly flour your work surface. Transfer the dough and knead gently for 2–3 minutes until smooth.
Divide the dough into equal portions and shape them into rounds (like thick flatbreads).
Heat the Pan
Grease a large nonstick skillet or frying pan with butter and a little vegetable oil. Heat on medium.
Cook the Bread
Place the dough rounds in the skillet. Cover with a lid and cook for 2–3 minutes until the bottom is golden.
Flip and cook the other side for another 2–3 minutes.
Continue until all bread pieces are cooked through, soft, and fluffy.
