Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

Cut each pita into triangles or strips, like mini chips.

Oil and Season
Place pita pieces on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Add optional seasonings if desired.

Bake
Bake for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.

Cool and Serve
Let the pita chips cool slightly — they’ll crisp up even more. Serve with your favorite dips or enjoy as a snack.

Tips

Keep an eye on the pita in the last 2 minutes to prevent burning.

For extra crunch, brush both sides lightly with olive oil.
